Bellows, hereinafter referred to as defendant was charged, tried jointly with his co-defendant Calvin Bellows before a jury, and convicted of the crime of Larceny of Domestic Animals in the District Court of Woodward County, Oklahoma, Case No. CRF-74-50. Punishment was assessed at a term of three (3) years under the direction and control of the Department of Corrections of the State of Oklahoma.
