Bells Repair Service (Employer) petitions for review of an order of the Workers Compensation Appeal Board (Board), dated September 11, 2003, which denied Employers Petition for Rehearing, and affirmed the Boards prior order dated June 20, 2003. The Boards June 20, 2003 order affirmed an order of a Workers Compensation Judge (WCJ) granting benefits for a closed period to John Murphy, Jr. (Claimant) pursuant to the Pennsylvania Workers Compensation Act (Act). Additionally, and central to the instant dispute, the WCJs order found that Employers contest of Claimants Claim Petition was unreasonable, and therefore awarded attorneys fees in Claimants favor under the Act. We affirm.
